Platform Replacement Request For Informaton (RFI)

When FileLocal’s “Online Tax & Licensing Payment” platform was developed, it was innovative. It used cutting-edge concepts to create the portal in use today by 11 jurisdictions in the greater Puget Sound area. However, FileLocal’s current platform has been in service for over 10 years and is overdue for replacement.

Therefore, FileLocal is seeking information from “Online Tax & Licensing Payment” platform providers. This is a Request For Information (RFI) from interested vendors that provide their platform as a service (SaaS), we are not considering custom, one-off, software. Interested vendors can download a complete list of the FileLocal replacement platform requirements here http://filelocal.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/Combined-Requirements-Document.pdf.

FileLocal is inviting interested vendors to present their service capabilities to us during October and November 2024, – before Thanksgiving. Vendors seeking further clarification on our requirements can request a meeting with the FileLocal Operations Committee to discuss our needs as a precursor to the vendor’s presentation.

If you have questions or would like to schedule your presentation, please contact us by email at filelocalteam@seattle.gov – please use the subject line “RFI”.
